OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2011. Dmitry Evgenyevich Elizarov is appointed General Manager of the Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branch in Khabarovsk. In his new position he will take up strategic development of the Khabarovsk branch of the company.

Dmitry Evgenyevich was born in February 1972 in Khabarovsk. In 1994 he graduated from the Khabarovsk Institute of National Economy, majoring in “Finance and Credit”.

Before entering upon his duties in Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, Dmitry Elizarov has been working for Dalnevostochny Head Office of Sberbank (in Khabarovsk) for 15 years. In 2001-2008 he was the Head of Securities Department, then the Director of Sales Management and Corporate Clients’ and Small Business’ Department of Dalnevostochny Head Office of Sberbank (in Khabarovsk). In October 2011 Dmitry Elizarov was appointed General Manager of the Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branch in Khabarovsk.
