OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2011. HOROC Group signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement with Mulei County government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

Many senior officers attended the signing ceremony, including board chairman of HOROC Group Mr. Xu Guangping, General Manager of Jien Nickel Mr. Yu Ranbo, Project Manager Mr. Bai Xianjun, Senior Officer of Mulei County Mr. Bai Zhongben, Director of Mulei Bureau of Land and Resources Mr. Wang Xin, Director of Mulei Bureau of Coal Mr. Hu Fengming, Director of Mulei Bureau of Environment Protection Mr. Shi Shaoqing.

Mr. Xu Guangping expressed his gratitude for the strong support from Mulei government. HOROC Group pays high attention to the develop-the-west strategy. HOROC will further perfect the development strategy in Mulei County.

HOROC is a cross-country large size group enterprise, owning a group of high quality talents and abundant resources development experience and strong ability in investment and financing, Mr. Zhou Zhenyu said, he wishes HOROC Group could seize the opportunity to develop coal, power and new energy business in Mulei County. It will also bring new power into the local economy and promote the local employment. The local government will give full support for the cooperation to create biggest social benefit.

According to the agreement, the company will construct integrated industrial base, and will actively conduct mineral resource development. Mulei County also put the HOROC project into its next Five-Year development plan to distribute high quality coal resources.
