OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2011. Pursuant to the decision of the Board of Kazakhtelecom JSC Abylay Seitzhanov has been appointed to a position of Director General for Pavlodar OTD, reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom.

Abylay Rabbaniovich graduated from Tashkent electro technical institute of communication. Worked on various positions at some Kazakhtelecom JSC branches, including Technical Director for Akmola, Mangystau OTD and Astanatelecom MTC.

Awarded with a jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Respublicasynyn tauelsizdigine 10 zhyl", jubilee medal of akim for Mangystau oblast "35 anniversary of Mangystau oblast". Titled for "Kurmetti bailanysshy".

Askhat Kuzekov, previous head of Pavlodar OTD, elected as a delegate for the Senate of the republic of Kazakhstan from Pavlodar oblast on 19 August 2011.
