OREANDA-NEWS. November 14, 2011. Azerbaijan and Bulgaria have agreed on cooperation in social welfare.

Elnur Sultanov, head of International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Labour & Social Protection of Azerbaijan, says that today Azerbaijan and Bulgaria have signed today a memorandum on mutual cooperation in the sphere of social protection.

The Memo was signed by Labour & Social Protection Minister Fizuli Alakbarov of Azerbaijan and Labour & Social Policy Minister Totyu Mladenov of Bulgaria.

The agreement was signed within the visit of Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov in Azerbaijan taking place on November 14-15.
