OREANDA-NEWS. November 14, 2011. Head of International Cooperation Department of Labor and Social Protection Ministry of Azerbaijan Elnur Sultanov has reported that within expectation of approval of law " On Social Services" the agency is studying international experience in this sphere.

" We intend to bring social sites’ charters and regulations in compliance with European and CIS’ developed countries’ standards , in particular boarding schools, old people houses and others",- E. Sultanov said.

In his words at present all social sites in the country operate on old (social) standards and al social partners will be drawn to upgrade process in this direction.

" Regulatory framework for social services development in the country is presently being worked out",- E. Sultanov added.
