OREANDA-NEWS. November 14, 2011. SENIM-BANK (Almaty region, hereinafter - the Bank), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on November 28, 2011 at 16:00 o'clock a special general meeting of its shareholders will begin, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The sole issue of the meeting's agenda is consideration of performance of the Board of Directors and Management Board in the first half-year of 2011.

The mentioned meeting will be held at 21/2, Askarov str., app. 1, the village Rakhat, Karasai district, Almaty region. Registration of participants will begin at 15:30 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to participation in the meeting will be drawn up as of November 15, 2011.

In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of the bank's shareholders will be held on November 29, 2011 at the same time and address.
