OREANDA-NEWS. November 14, 2011. Kreditpombank was included into top 20 of the most transparent banks of Ukraine according to the rating agency "Credit Rating", reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.

Thus, by the level of disclosure of information about the Supervisory Board and the management the Bank holds the 10th position in the list of the leading domestic financial institutions, by the level of disclosure of information on structure of property and corporate structure – 15th position. In general ranking of transparency of the Ukrainian banks Kreditprombank holds the 19th position.

"I would like to confirm once more our constant adherence to the principles of openness and transparency. We further intent to provide regularly the true and objective information about the bank, that will promote to enhance the confidence from the part of the customers, shareholders and partners", - underlines Viktor Leonidov, Chairman of the Management Board, Kreditprombank.

Present research was based on analysis of quality of information disclosure in three groups of sources: annual reports, at the corporate bank websites and websites of regulators and stock exchanges.
