OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2011. In accordance with the offer it announced on October 19, 2011, JSOC Bashneft has completed acquisition of its series 01, 02, and 03 non-convertible, interest-bearing documentary bonds. Each bond has a nominal value of 1,000 rubles. Bashneft purchased 38,496,305 bonds.

In completing the offer, the company acquired 11,491,410 series 01 bonds, 11,599,576 series 02 bonds, and 15,403,320 series 03 bonds, paying in sum 40,421,121,300 rubles, which is 105 percent of the nominal value of the bonds. Bashneft paid coupon interest totaling 1,700,766, 799.08 rubles to retire the bonds.

Sberbank of Russia was Bashneft’s agent for acquisition of the series 01, 02, and 03 bonds.
