OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2011. Sonyachna brama residential complex (73-79 Lomonosova str.) was ranked third in the rating of "9 best residential complexes 2011" by Building magazine. Among the top three complexes only Sonyachna brama is located in Holosiivsky district of Kyiv. The developments ranked first and second in the rating are both located in the central, Pechersky, district.

Sonyachna brama, a complex with the total area of 234,000 sq m, represents a project of a residential micro district with internal infrastructure and comprises 14 residential blocks and 2 office buildings. The project consists of four stages. The first stage* of the complex with the total area of 62 thousand sq m was commissioned in 2010. The buildings of the second and third stages are currently at the level of monolith frame construction and the fourth stage is at the initial stage of piling field preparation. As reported earlier, in October 2011 TMM signed an agreement with JSC Oschadbank increasing the credit limit under the existing credit line by UAH 500 million in order to complete construction of 2nd, 3rd and 4th stages of the complex. Commissioning of the whole complex is scheduled for 2nd quarter of 2014. **

Previously, Sonyachna brama received highest score in the expert review by Building magazine.

The rating of "9 best residential complexes 2011" by Building magazine was based on the results of polling among leading players of the residential real estate market – developers, real estate agencies and consultants and construction companies. Ernst&Young acted as an auditor of the rating. The rating included only the complexes that are currently under construction with the building frame being not less than 50% completed or operating ones with the apartments still being sold on the primary market.
