OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2011. On the eve of celebration to commemorate the 20th anniversary of independence of the Republic, President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov received in Ashgabat Igor Makarov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ITERA International Group of Companies.

During the meeting the Parties exchanged views on prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation. Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov and Igor Makarov spoke in favor of continuation of the established cooperation in view of the priorities of social and economic development of Turkmenistan. In this context, issues of business partnership in the fuel and energy sector and development of Block 21 on the Caspian shelf were discussed.
