OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2011. A delegation from Ministry of Mines of Afghanistan paid a visit to China ENFI Engineering Corp. (ENFI). The delegation was headed by Mr. Arib, Director-General of General Coordination Bureau for Aynak Project, reported the press-centre of MCC Group.

Vice General Manager Zeng Gang of ENFI met with the visiting guests, and both parties held friendly discussion on matters of common interest.

Zeng extended a warm welcome to the Afghanistani officials, and then made a briefing on the corporate history and the development situation of the current three core business sectors. Afterwards Liu Peifang, Director-General of Overseas Business Division gave a detailed introduction to the business exploration in the mining field and the overseas projects.
Mr. Arib mentioned that, basing upon the site investigation on several projects undertaken by ENFI and the information learned during this visit, they were very pleased to see ENFI won the contract for consultancy and design work of Aynak Project.

Both parties conducted in-depth view-exchange on the implementation progress of Aynak Project and the problems encountered during the preparation of feasibility study report, and entered into agreement on relevant issues. Through such effective communication, both parties agreed to further strengthen collaboration on the common target and jointly promote the project execution.

The relevant ENFI staff from Overseas Business Division, Aynak Project. Division and Design Management Dept. were also present at the meeting.
