OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2011. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at its session approved the draft low "On Amendments to Tax Code of Ukraine". 

The document developed by the Ministry of Social Policy to implement the Final Provisions of the law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Fundamentals of Social Protection of Homeless Citizens and Children", which took effect from 18 January 2011.

Project Act introduces amendments to Tax Code of Ukraine, particularly in terms of replacing the words "homeless", "institutions of social protection for homeless people" with "homeless person", "institutions of social protection for homeless people," respectively.

The adoption of this law will enable the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On the basis of social protection of homeless and street children" and to eliminate inconsistencies in current legislation.
