OREANDA-NEWS. November 10, 2011. The mother assembly conveyor of OJSC KAMAZ assembled three hundred vehicles in November, though it planned to make two hundred forty units.

“The main reason for increase of labor productivity is cardinal changes in the Production System,” said Sergey Snarsky, Deputy Director of Production of the Automobile Plant of OJSC KAMAZ. “Due to realization of the Lighthouse project, the plant optimized technical processes, increased labor productivity by 49%, which enabled to reduce a period of vehicle assembly. The assembly plan was executed thanks to all employees’ well co-ordinated work.”
