OREANDA-NEWS. November 10, 2011. Commercial bank Renaissance Capital (LLC)., a leading consumer lending institution in Russia operating under the Renaissance Credit brand, announces the inclusion as of October 31 of its BО-03 series bonds in quotation list “A” of the MICEX.

 The BО-03 series bonds were registered by the MICEX on July 30, 2010, under identification number 4B020303354 in a quantity of three million. The securities were admitted to trading and included in quotation list “B” of the MICEX as of July 21, 2011. Each bond has a face value of RUB 1,000.The total par value of the issue amounts to three billion Russian rubles. The maturity is three years following initial placement with a put option. The bonds are puttable by the bond holders. The securities are publicly traded. The bond issue envisages six coupon accrual periods to maturity. The annual interest rate is set at 9.9% for coupons 1 through 4.
