OREANDA-NEWS. November 10, 2011. Towngas was honoured recently to receive a BEST award from ASTD (American Society for Training & Development), the world’s largest association dedicated to workplace learning and the development of professionals, reported the press-centre of Towngas.

We were recognised for our enterprise-wide successes resulting from our employee learning and development programmes in our China operations. It is the first time that we have taken part in this annual award.

The judging panel were impressed by our effective HR and training strategies, which have enabled Towngas to extend and anchor the Group’s vision, mission and values in the mainland market. The award reaffirms that our corporate culture and efforts to ensure the excellence of our HR practices are on the right path.
