JSC "Polymetal" (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) ("Polymetal" or the "Company") has received a notification that the holding of PMTL Holding Limited in the Company has increased from 296,486,484 ordinary shares, representing approximately 74.24% of the total share capital of the Company, to 332,641,770 ordinary shares, representing approximately 83.29% of the total share capital of the Company, reported the press-centre of Polymetal.  

JSC "Polymetal" (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) ("Polymetal" or the "Company") has received a notification that the holding of Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas in the Company has decreased from 57,344,723 ordinary shares, representing approximately 14.36% of the total share capital of the Company, to 21,010,321 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.26% of the total share capital of the Company.

Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas is acting as a depositary bank for the Global Depositary Receipt (GDR) program of Polymetal.
