OREANDA-NEWS. November 9, 2011. ASTARTA confirmed the highest standards in corporate governance, according to latest report issued by investment company Concorde Capital in cooperation with U.S. agency of international development (USAID).

In the current review ASTARTA got the highest mark "Q", the same as in latest research-rating of Concorde Capital (high quality of financial reporting, low risks for minority shareholders, transparent management structure, strong investor relations).

The report also highlights the improvement of corporate governance among Ukrainian public companies. Authors of research emphasize, that the confidence of investors in the Ukrainian companies may increase driven by such positive trend.
