OREANDA-NEWS. November 09, 2011. A new lineup of air purifiers, air conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines (4 categories / 10 models) equipped with plasmacluster*1 technology were introduced, all unified in monotone color and design.

Targeting the ’generation after 80s’ *2, who are inspired by up-to-date technology and new designs and also highly aware of health and environment, these products will be introduced as “New Life Products,” proposing a new lifestlye with plasmacluster in a simple and modern style. 

Nobuyuki Sugano, SCIC Chairman and President; Director and Senior Executive Managing Officer; and Group General Manager, China Group, Sharp Corporation, explained Sharp plans to expand health and enviroment business in China to develop as its third major business, following LCD TVs and information-communications.
Also, Moriyuki Okada, Executive Managing Officer, Group General Manager, Health and Environment Systems Group, explained Sharp's health and environment related business, and Yutaka Asano, SCIC Vice President, explained the benefits of plasmacluster technology and introduced the new product lineup.
