OREANDA-NEWS. November 08, 2011. The Draft State Budget of Ukraine for 2012 provides for the allocation of more than 350 million UAH for creation in Ukraine of a digital television. It was declared by the Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, speaking at the celebration of the 60th anniversary of Ukrainian television.

"Our television is on the threshold of introducing of an innovative digital television broadcasting, and we are in the budget for next year have laid more than 350 million so that our people were able to watch digital television," Mykola Azarov has told.

The Head of Government has reminded that in the post-war years, Ukraine was included in the top countries having television.
