OREANDA-NEWS. November 08, 2011. JSC “UkrSibbank” as lead-manager of the issues announced the successful registration of the following issues: series B bonds of State Enterprise "Trans-Dnieper Railways" - volume of the issue is UAH 300 mn; series C bonds of State Regional Specialized Association "Southwest Railways" – volume of the issue is UAH 300 mn; series B bonds and series C bonds of  State Enterprise "Donetsk Railways" - volume of the issues is UAH 200 mn and UAH 300 mn accordingly; series B bonds of Statute Regional Specialized Association "South Railways" – volume of the issue is UAH 300 mn; series B bonds of State Enterprise "Odesa Railways" - volume of the issue is UAH 200 mn and series B bonds of  State Regional Specialized Association "Lviv Railways"- volume of the issue is UAH 200 mn. Bonds circulation term is 3 years, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.

Prospectuses of the bond issues are published in the official newspaper “Statements of the State Securities and Stock Market Commission”, №198 (part 2), on October 21th 2011. The start of bonds sale to investors is planned to November 1st on the PFTS Stock Exchange, Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange and Perspectiva Stock Exchange.
