OREANDA-NEWS. November 08, 2011. Sviaz-Bank acted as an authorized paying agent to pay accrued interest on the first coupon of Series BO-02 bonds issued by TransFin-M LLC, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 8% per annum, or 39 rubles 89 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid 49,862,500 rubles after tax.

TransFin-M LLC floated its three-year Series BO-02 bond issue on April 26, 2011 to raise 1.2billion rubles.
