OREANDA-NEWS. November 07, 2011. The State Mortgage Institution is completing free of charge transfer of apartments which have been distributed in 2009 within the limits of provision by housing of privileged categories of citizens in community property of local communities. This was stated by the Chairman of Management Board V. Mirgorodskiy.

As of October 31st, 2011, the State Mortgage Institution has received 2169 home units from 3524. The process of transfer apartments in Chernivtsy, Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava and Donetsk regions is completed.

"The current government compensated the State Mortgage Institution the necessary funds were spent on purchase of apartments and identified the mechanism of their transfer. The citizens are be able finally to legally formalize the property right to them that then to dispose of this habitation," the Chairman of the Board State Mortgage Institution has noted.

As it was reported, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 27, 2011, N855 has been identified measures on provision of free transfer of flats the SMI acquired in 2009.

In addition 1,930 apartments will be submitted as official housing in all regions of Ukraine.
