OREANDA-NEWS. November 07, 2011. FAS is considering a petition of “Siemens Gas Turbine Power Plant Holding B.V.” (location: 800, Princess Beatricslaan Avenue, Hague, the Netherlands, 2595 BN,; main activities – assets operating) on acquiring 100% shares in the authorized capital of “Intertourbo” Ltd. (location: 104, Novoe devyatkino village, Vsevolozhsk district, the Leningrad region, 188661); main activities – manufacturing and selling high-power gas turbine and after-sale services), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Governed by Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, FAS Russia made a decision to extend the period for considering the petition for two months in order to obtain additional information necessary to make a decision.

FAS Russia would like to inform that all interested persons can submit information to the antimonopoly body as to how the transaction can affect the state of competition.
