VTB Introduces Newly Appointed Cheboksary Branch General Manager
OREANDA-NEWS. November 07, 2011. Chaba Zentai, Head of Regional Network Department – Senior Vice President, visited JSC VTB Bank Branch in Cheboksary to introduce Dmitry Fomin, newly appointed General Manager of the Branch to its staff, reported the press-centre of VTB.
The appointment is made in line with enhancing the Bank’s regional network. VTB Bank Strategy for 2010-2013 is aimed at increasing profitability of its branches by transforming them into modern customer-oriented outlets offering a wide range of high-tech banking products.

Dmitry Sergeevich Fomin was born in 1978. In 2000, he graduated from I.N. Ulyanov Chuvash National University, majoring in World Economics. He started his career in the banking sector in 2004 as head of Major Customer Relations Division, Nizhny Novgorod branch of JSC Alfa-Bank. In September 2005, he was appointed regional business development manager in the Chuvash Republic at Nizhny Novgorod branch. From August 2008 until now, Mr. Fomin was head of JSC Alfa-Bank operating office in Cheboksary.
Currently, VTB Group is represented in the Chuvash Republic by outlets: a VTB office, 4 VTB24 offices, and a VTB Insurance branch. VTB Bank branch has over 600 corporate customers, including about 200 customers from the large and medium-sized segments.
From January through September 2011, VTB Bank Cheboksary Branch granted RUB 1.6 billion in loans to companies of the Chuvash Republic.
