OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2011. KAMAZ-LEASING Group of Companies arranged a deal with OOO Severtransnerud from Novy Urengoy and leased KAMAZ-6522 trucks totaling over 50 million rubles to the enterprise.

The company leased 11 KAMAZ vehicles for a term of three years. The vehicles intended for transportation of bulk cargoes will be used at the famous Vankor oil field. All dump trucks are equipped with a GLONASS satellite navigation system. It enables to track the movement of vehicles via a planned route and control its actual kilometrage and speed, thus increasing the efficiency of the business.

The vehicles were upgraded specifically for the use in severe conditions of the North. Experts of RIAT, an authorized dealer of KAMAZ, equipped the trucks with Cummins L 360 engines, heating sections to heat fuel lines, panoramic mirrors, extra heat insulation of cabs, a centralized lubrication system "36 points", and a Webasto Thermo 90 engine water heater. Such a configuration of the vehicles is the best one for Severtransnerud which specializes in road construction and works at building projects.

The parties expressed their mutual interest in expanding cooperation which presupposes special favourable transport financing programs for companies operating in the Far North.
