OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2011. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov demands to liquidate indebtedness on a salary in the regions, including Lviv and Mykolaiv regions where even indebtedness growth is fixed. The Head of Government has given the appropriate order during expanded meeting of the Government which has taken place with involvement of the President of Ukraine.

According to Mykola Azarov, in the Lviv region, the arrears of wages are causing social tension: from the beginning of year, the indebtedness has grown by 2 million UAH and has reached 66 million UAH, while in the majority of regions there is a reverse tendency.

"The Government is forced to send to the region the additional grant for payment of the salary more than 20 million UAH. And, of course, here, Victor Fedorovich, the essential mistakes of the Governor Tsymbalyuk M.M.," the Head of Government has noted.

Mykola Azarov has also underlined that high indebtedness on payment of the salary and in the Mykolaiv region, where as of October 1, there were reported arrears of wages by 26 %.
