OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2011. Representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) took part in the 1st Moscow International Wine Expo 2011- MIWE, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

On behalf of FAS Russia the welcoming address at the MIWE opening ceremony was given by the Head of FAS Department for Control over the Authorities, Vladimir Mishelovin.

He focused on FAS efforts towards protecting competition on the marketsand the tools to support small and medium businesses, particularly, Russian wine producers, and described how entrepreneurs can file petitions to the Antimonopoly Service.

“As the buyers, we are interested we want to see affordable, quality wines in the stores, and as the “trustbusters”а we are interested in robust development of wine-making companies and healthy competition among”, commented Vladimir Mishelovin.
