OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2011. The daily production of oil in the Uvat project fields being developed by LLC TNK-Uvat, a subsidiary of TNK-BP, has grown up by 29% fr om 14,142,000 to 18,200,000 tons in the first 10 months of 2-11, reported the press-centre of TNK-BP.

The highest increment was registered in the Uvat Central Hub, wh ere the oil production rate was 362 tons a day in January 2011 and increased 2.9 times up to 1,794 tons a day in late October.

In the Uvat Easter Hub fields, the oil production rate increased in the 10 months from 11,800 tons to 15,500 tons a day. In the Kalchinskoe field, this parameter decreased from 1,984 tons a day in January 2011 to 1,740 tons a day in October 2011.

The oil production rate increased up to 5,500 tons a day in the Urnenskoe field of the Uvat Eastern Hub, 10,000 tons a day in the Ust-Tegusskoe field of the Uvat Eastern Hub, and 1,100 tons in the Tyamkinskoe field of the Uvat Central Hub.

Currently, the cumulative oil production is 3.985 million tons in the Uvat Eastern Hub and 210,000 tons in the Uvat Central Hub according to Ferdinand Nazmutdinov, Head of the Production Section, Oil Production Department, LLC TNK-Uvat. “We built up oil production by increasing the drilling volume and implementing oil production enhancement measures in new wells,” said he.
