Latvijas Krajbanka Offers Clients to Communicate via Skype
OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2011. After updating client servicing and making communication easier, further the clients of Latvijas Krajbanka will be able to communicate with the bank also using Skype. The experience confirms that Skype is convenient and broadly used free means if communication, which becomes yet more popular throughout the world and also in Latvia, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.
„The summarized data show that during last few years the number of calls from abroad, received in the Information centre has grown considerably. We expect that Skype will be convenient means of communication, which shall be used not only by clients abroad, but also by our clients in Latvia”, says Zane Grisane, Head of Client Remote Servicing Department of Latvijas Krajbanka.
The Skype username of Latvijas Krajbanka is: Latvijas_Krajbanka. The clients will be able to contact Krajbanka Client Remote Servicing centre by Skype during working days from 8:00 to 20:00, as well as on Saturdays from 10:00 to 17:00. Outside working hours the bank`s clients will be able to check the account balance and block the cards. All Skype calls, which will be received by the Client Remote Servicing Department, shall be processed the same as the calls incoming to information line 67092020, it is also possible to contact the bank in writing by e-mail info@lkb.lv, in Online Banking or at the website www.krajbanka.lv in the section “Ask the bank”.
