OREANDA-NEWS. November 3, 2011. The branch of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company in Arkhangelsk entered into an insurance contract with Pyatigorsk Poultry Factory CJSC with insurance coverage of 23.2 mln rubles.

Under the contract terms, 364,098 heads of rearing and full-grown birds were insured. In accordance with general terms, the contract on animal insurance covers risk of loss or forced slaughter of insured birds resulting from natural hazards, disasters, infectious, non-contagious and parasitic diseases, malicious or unlawful acts, fire, strokes of lightning, explosions or accidents.

Insured birds come as collateral for the loan agreement concluded between the Additional office of Arkhangelsk Regional Branch of Rosselkhozbank JSC and Poultry Factory Nyandoma-Broiler LLC in Nyandoma. Both poultry factories are members of the APK OGO JSC Company Group.
