OREANDA-NEWS. November 3, 2011. The total volume of premiums under direct insurance of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branches, within the responsibility of the North West Regional Center (Arkhangelsk, Veliky Novgorod, Vologda, Kaliningrad, Murmansk, Petrozavodsk, Pskov, Syktyvkar) amounted to 362 mln. rubles for the period from January to September 2011, i.e. a 5% increase over the same period last year.

The volume of premiums for voluntary insurance other than life insurance amounted to 255 mln. rubles (a 4% increase), including charges for property insurance – 215 mln. rubles (a 4% increase), liability insurance – 29 mln. rubles (a 14% increase). compulsory motor third party liability insurance (OSAGO) insurance premiums totaled 106 mln. rubles (a 9% increase).

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company direct insurance payments in the North West amounted to 256 mln. rubles for the 9-month period 2011, including voluntary personal insurance – 8 mln. rubles, property insurance – 166 mln. rubles, voluntary liability insurance – 5 mln. rubles. OSAGO payments amounted to 77 mln. rubles.

The most dynamic business lines in Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branches in the North West Regional Center for the specified period were voluntary auto transport insurance (CASCO) and compulsory motor third party liability insurance (OSAGO).

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company in the Arkhangelsk Region demonstrated the most impressive results in collection of insurance premiums – 95 mln. rubles, insurance premiums of the branch in the Murmansk region amounted to 85 mln. rubles. Insurance payments in these regions were 72 mln. rubles and 60 mln. rubles respectively.
