Clients do not need to call Customer Service Department, you can find all information about the stages of delivery from origin to destination on-line. That’s why UVK is developing system of on-line tracking E-stock Remote, which allows to plan and monitor the status of cargo in real-time. The system has a list of reports, which give the opportunity to receive current information about entire logistics chain.

At this moment service E-stock Remote works in 2 modes. First one - E-stock Track & Trace allows you to receive information about your delivery status at any time in Internet. The Client gets access to this service through our main page www.UVK.ua. E-stock track & trace requires no special technical requirements, it’s very easy to use and can save considerable time by managing the process on-line. Simple tracking mode status is available to all shipments. Knowing the ship code (actually - a parcel), any member of the logistics process, from both the consignor and consignee can see where is now current parcel.

The second service - E-stock Extended Workstation, has a number of additional features. It can be integrated into the accounting system, which provides time-saving for filling applications, and to increase the efficiency of logistics processes of the Company. I would also like to select Customers who use the service of warehousing, especially for them was created possibility to manage inventory, receiving information about stock balance and obtaining statistics about deliveries of current period. With the extended service Client can make group tracking shipments (for example, all deliveries for yesterday), plus you can receive operational reports about the balance and movement of goods in warehouse, for example, a report about the movement of goods in a current period, or balance report of items in stock. This service creates an optimal online communication between Clients and UVK managers.

To use this service UVK manager sends to Client login and password to log in remote workstation. Customer through the Internet browser goes on http://remote.uvk.ua, enter the username and password and gets access to data about their deliveries and goods in warehouse.

The usage of cargo on-line tracking from the 3PL-operator UVK provides detailed and very convenient information for Customer of its cargo, goods, allows you to quickly plan new deliveries and reserves at any time, greatly increasing the efficiency of logistics processes.
