OREANDA-NEWS. November 3, 2011. Sviaz-Bank’s Petrozavodsk branch has been named winner of an online public auction for a contract to provide financial services to the Petrozavodsk Utility Systems OJSC. The Bank’s branch will open a nonrevolving credit line of 100 million rubles to the company for a term of 12months.

The Petrozavodsk Utility Systems OJSC is a subsidiary of the Russian Utility Systems OJSC. The company provides water supply, water disposal, and heating services to the Petrozavodsk population and to residents of the Prionezhsky and Pryazhinsky districts of the Republic of Karelia.
