Moldovan Local Budgets Revenues Decreased
OREANDA-NEWS. November 02, 2011. The Moldovan local budgets’ deficit in January-September 2011 totaled 106.2 mln leis (\\$9.1 mln). Particularly, local budgets’ revenues for nine months totaled 5,584.2 mln leis (97.7% of the planned).
Particularly, local budgets’ revenues for nine months totaled 5,584.2 mln leis (97.7% of the planned). About 42.8 percent of 2,392.3 mln leis of the total amount of receipts were the own incomes of the political subdivisions (without transfers from the state budget). Their collection plan was fulfilled at 97.4 percent.
In comparison with the same period last year, the growth of the local budgets’ own incomes totaled 268.9 mln leis. At the same time, transfers from the state budget to the local budgets for nine months totaled 3,191.9 mln leis. Local budgets’ spending in January-September 2011 totaled 5,690.4 mln leis (80.6% of the planned). At the same time, expenditure for nine months this year increased by 490.9 mln leis (9.4%) in comparison with the same period last year.
