OREANDA-NEWS. November 1, 2011. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov conducted a meeting in Nizhnekamsk dedicated to TANECO’s Project implementation issues.

A working visit started with the OR&P Complex industrial site visit. Along with the Head of the Republic, the progress of works at the key industrial facilities was introduced to JSC Tatneft General Director Shafagat Takhautdinov, Head of Volga-region department of Federal Service for Technological, Environmental and Atomic Supervision Boris Petrov, Head of RT State Construction Supervision Inspectorate Vasiliy Kudryashov, Head of Nizhnekamsk Municipal Region Aidar Metshin and other officials.

Following the visit, Rustam Minnikhanov conducted a meeting on TANECO’s Project implementation issues.

Khamza Bagmanov, OJSC TANECO General Director, reported on the readiness of the Optimized Start-up Complex 1A1 facilities for the final Rostekhnadzor’s inspection. The report of the Head of the Company made it clear that September 30 witnessed a successful completion of the first phase of the complex testing of the equipment at 60% design capacity. CDU/VDU processed 361.5 thousand tons of crude oil, produced 47.8 thousand tons of stabilized naphtha, 114.2 thousand tons of household heating oil, 193.1 thousand tons of fuel oil. Currently the second phase of testing at 100% design capacity is underway. According to organizational and technical plan approved by Rostekhnadzor, the Company executes the documents required to obtain a license for operation.

Valery Samilov, General Director of JSC UK Kamaglavstroy reported on fulfillment of the Mechanical Completion target objective, release of as built technical documentation, rectification of punch list issued by the inspection bodies.

Following the discussion of the current situation, RT President Rustam Minnikhanov set the target objectives which, in the first place, are linked to completion of the scheduled works at Visbreaker and Sulfur Unit.
