Later on, by presenting a gift certificate to a happy winner, Ms. Gulzhan Kustubayeva deputy director for retail business of Astana Branch of BTA Bank JSC congratulated Natalya on the prize and advised to actively use alternative service channels of BTA.

Natalya also expressed gratitude to BTA and Air Astana for such a luxurious gift and confessed that to win in the event became a great surprise for her: “Although I consider myself “a child of fortune” and I’m often lucky I was greatly surprised when informed on the prize. I thank BTA Bank and Air Astana for a possibility to fly abroad for vacation!”

When talking to Natalya we found out that work of a business trainer is connected with constant flies and at least three times a month she goes aboard. By the way, lucky air-ticket was bought for business trip to Aktobe where Natalya’s purpose was to increase motivation of the staff of one of major distribution companies.

Here fortune also played its role: “due to some family reasons I was thinking over to go or not to go to the trip”, Natalya said, - “It is good that I’ve taken right decision and flew to Aktobe!”

Besides, Natalya became customer of BTA Bank by occasion: purchase of the lucky air-ticket was done by the customer who ordered the training via Cash&Pay payment terminal, but now the winner knows that this bank can be trusted and she has opened settlement account, executed card and decided to independently use all alternative service channels of BTA Bank.
