Every corporate conflict has it limits. We understand that the management of Norilsk Nickel and Interros are ready for everything to exclude RUSAL from discussions and decision-making on any Norilsk Nickel-related issues. To achieve this RUSAL representatives on the Board of Directors of MMC were not even provided with the documents for today's Board consideration, on which they were notified in a letter received from Norilsk Nickel Board Secretary.

Norilsk Nickel Board meetings are now more and more like a circus and RUSAL does not see any sense for its representatives to participate in this knockabout comedy.
