OREANDA-NEWS. October 28, 2011. JSC RusHydro (RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that a meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on the 2nd of November in an absentee form.

The agenda of the board of directors meeting includes the following issues:

1.  Participation of JSC RusHydro in other organizations, change of a participation interest (number of stocks, shares and interests), encumbrance of stocks and interests and termination of JSC RusHydro's participation in other organizations.

2.  Determining the maximum service cost for an audit of JSC RusHydro's financial statements prepared in compliance with the Russian accounting standards (RAS) for 2013-2014.

The results of the meeting will be disclosed in accordance with the established procedure.
