OREANDA-NEWS. October 27, 2011. Azerbaijani insurance company Azerqarant has raised its equity capital through increase of nominal value of shares.

State Securities Committee reports that yesterday the company’s 10.000 shares with AZN 521 face value each were registered under state registration number AZ100700503P. 10.000 shares with AZN 401 face value each were converted in them from AZ100600503 issue.

As a result the company’s equity capital increased from AZN 4.01 million to AZN 5.21 million or by 29,9%.
