OREANDA-NEWS. October 27, 2011. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has renewed the interdepartmental commission on combating illegal seizure and acquisitions of the enterprises. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov has declared it at Government meeting.

 "Now the commission is headed by the First Vice Prime Minister. We specifically raised the status of the Commission so as criminal virus of corporate raid again began to attack the Ukraine," he has underlined and has added that the raiders do not stop, and officials and those who, seemingly, should to defend the law are sometimes even indulging them, - "We will nip this in the bud."

Mykola Azarov has assured that the property rights in Ukraine will be protected reliably.

"Separately I emphasize: concerning officials and service employees who will try to promote raiders, you are did not even have to wait for court decisions. Any participation in these actions of capturing something using force – it is at least a discrepancy of own post and consequently as the fact of such officials should be dismissed immediately, it is needed to investigate and refer cases to court," the Prime Minister has declared.
