Government of Ukraine Has Enough Will to Deregulate Economy
OREANDA-NEWS. October 27, 2011. The Government has enough will to carry through the plan of deregulation of the domestic economy and creating incentives for business development, for the development of high-tech economy. It was declared by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, opening the Cabinet of Ministers meeting.
Mykola Azarov has expressed satisfaction that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine last week has accepted section of the Tax Code which determines the business conditions of SMEs that are agreed completely with businessmen. "We have fulfilled own promise. Therefore, I urge entrepreneurs to use all capabilities which are created and will be still created for development of the business initiative, for innovations," the Prime Minister has declared.
Nikolay Azarov also has reported that has instructed the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers carefully to analyze how in the regions, there is a preparation for the introduction of "single window" since 1 January 2012. As he said, the Government would be consider this analytic report and would make appropriate conclusions in a special session in November.
"For what is this done all? Ukraine should benefit a competition in sphere of freedom of business dealing. It should certainly become attractive "haven" for capitals. An alternative to this simply is not," the Head of Government has underlined.
