OREANDA-NEWS. October 26, 2011. China'sGeneral Administration of Customs confirmed that September crude-oil imports totaled 20.45 million metric tons, equivalent to almost 5 million barrels a day, down 12.2% from a year earlier.

September liquefied natural gas imports rose 17.5% to 1.15 million tons, taking total imports in the first nine months to 8.55 million tons, up 26.4%, the data showed.

China imported 981,780 tons of natural gas in September, up 263% from a year ago. Deliveries between January and September reached 7.34 million tons, up 325%.
