FAS Discussed Competition in Countries of Black and Caspian Seas
OREANDA-NEWS. October 26, 2011. A delegation of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia), led by Deputy Head of FAS Russia, Anatoly Golomolzin, took part in the meeting of the heads of competition authorities of the countries of the Black and Caspian seas in Bucharest (Romania), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.
A Round Table discussion was scheduled for the first day of the venue when Anastoly Golomolzin made a presentation about developing competition law and enforcement in the Russian Federation.
On the second day, Anatoly Golomolzin spoke at the conference “Competition in Sensitive Sectors of the Economy” where he gave assessment of competition ion socially important markets, in particular, oil and oil products, electric power industry and communications in the Russian Federation.
The Bucharest Forum was attended by representatives of competition authorities of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, as well as the World Bank, etc.
