Information Center of IBA Began Operations
OREANDA-NEWS. October 26, 2011. As it was informed to 1news.az by the head of IBA press-service Rauf Agayev, having addressed to the Information Centre, bank customers can obtain detailed information on the conditions of all types of deposits for individuals, service of all types of bank cards, tariffs for express money transfers, electronic banking services and other services provided by IBA to individuals, reported the press-centre of IBA.
In this case, the corporate customers, who can get information on such products and services as cash settlements and documentary operations, bank cards and etc. can also take advantage of the services of the Information Center.
"Since the beginning of this week the bank's customers can take advantage of yet another innovation. Thus, applying to his service branch and filling out the respective document, the customer can get a 6-digit Personal Telephone Identification Code, which allows the customer to receive information concerning the state of his accounts" - said R.Agayev.
