OREANDA-NEWS. October 25, 2011. "Zavolzhskiy motorny zavod" (a branch of “SOLLERS” group) successfully passed inspection audit in national system GOST R on validity confirmation of Russian Certificate.

From 20th to 21st October the experts of certification association "Russkiy Registr" (St. Petersburg) held audit of ZMZ management system on correspondence to requirements of national standard GOST R ISO 9001 version 2008.

Since certificate issue for validity term of 3 years, this is second inspection.

According to presiding commissioner of expert commission, Natalja Pavlina, " As regular audit shown, as before, ZMZ remains a leader in sphere of supporting and improvement of organization management system (OMS) among industrial enterprises registered in Registration book of "Russkiy Registr"".

On all processes experts found enough quantity of confirmations for OMS correspondences to requirements of standard GOST R.

For summarizing it was indicated that ZMZ pays big attention to program of training and retraining of personnel including additional professional education at cost of federal means. The work on development of personnel competence is done well. High experts’ assessment was given to involvement of engine makers into process of constant improvements in production by means of "quality circles", that by their opinion it’s very rare to see in industrial enterprises and also keeping order in warehouses which they saw in ZMZ.

In the result the inspection commission summarized on basis of assessment criteria that ZMZ management system corresponds to necessary requirements of standard GOST R and recommended Certification body to prolong validity term of issued Russian certificate for one year more.

In autumn 2012 ZMZ will have recertification audit in system GOST R for receipt of new Certificate.
