OREANDA-NEWS. October 25, 2011. Transcapitalbank received the approval of the Central Bank of Russia on registration of the Report on results of the additional share issue of Transcapitalbank. Currently Transcapitalbank's share capital amounts 2,087 billion rubles.

IFC (AAA-rated), a member of the World Bank Group, became a 7.7 percent shareholder of Transcapitalbank, meantime the share of DEG decreased to 9,13% as well as the shares of Mrs. Gryadovaya and Mr. Ivanovski – 21.8% and 12.2% respectively. EBRD’s share is remained unchanged.

Currently the shareholders structure is as follows:

EBRD - 28.6%

DEG - 9.1%

IFC - 7.7%

Mrs. Olga Gryadovaya - 21.8%

Mr. Leonid Ivanovski - 12.2%

Others (<5%) - 20.6%
