OREANDA-NEWS. October 24, 2011. SITRONICS IT, being Service Partner of SAP CIS, presented SAP RE solution at conference CNews "ICT in state sector: on the way toward "information society" in Moscow. Representatives Russian IT market and IT departments of various business sectors where invited for participation in the event. Under the conference Nadezhda Ogurtsova, senior consultant of Business application department SITRONICS IT, presented report “State property management on the basis of solution SAP Real Estate Management”. Opening speech to the report of SITRONICS IT was delivered by Stanislaw Prechistenskiy, architect of industry solutions of SAP CIS: "SITRONICS IT is one of few companies-partners of SAP to whom vendor entrusts implementation of its solutions" - he said and yielded the floor to senior consultant of Business application department SITRONICS IT Nadezhda Ogurtsova. She reported about solution SAP Real Estate Management for solving main tasks for management of state and municipal property. Particularly the solution provides maintenance of property register and its actualization as per data of property accountability systems of asset holders, supports all life cycle stages of properties starting from accrual on out to such auxiliary procedures as bookkeeping and managerial accounting, statutory reporting, correspondence and analytics.

Solution SAP Real Estate Management allows to optimally control use of each property object, receive quality information at any moment of object life cycle as well as to computerize execution of main periodical operations that significantly reduces labour intensity of management.
