OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2011. The Baku Telephone Network Production Association (BTRIB), a company of the Ministry of Communications & IT has launched a hotline.

According to BTRIB, the purpose of the hotline project is to improve the quality of services to businesses and individuals of telecommunications services, and ensuring the speedy removal of network problems in the network, familiarizing with the views and suggestions of subscribers.

The BTRIB experts consider that the hotline will serve a bridge between the Company and the subscribers. The hotline operates on phone number: (012) 598 81 22.
