AtaBank Offers New Service for Cardholders
OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2011. AtaBank OJSC (AtaHolding Group of Companies) has offered a new service to the cardholders.
AtaBank informs that it has started providing a PIN Change service for the cardholders. The service allows the customer to change standard PIN-code of the card for any four-digit code, as the customer replaces his card or uses multiple payment cards he sometimes finds it difficult to remember and keep in mind all PIN-codes. PIN Change service is designed precisely for this category of customers. The new service enables to use a favorite combination of the four-digit code of the card.
The client can also change the PIN-code at any time convenient to him through AtaBank’s cash machines or due to services Mobile-banking and E-card. The PIN-code change service covers all cards issued by the Bank. To change the PIN-code, one should simply use the following function in the cash machine menu: ’Services”- “PIN change” and enter the new PIN-code.
AtaBank has been cooperating with international payment system Visa International since 2004, and during this time it has launched a range of new products and services for the convenience of its customers. Among them are such services as SMS-banking, Mobile-banking, E-card, SMS-notification, Card to Card money transfer, etc. The Bank has successfully implemented a project on issue of cards Visa Electron Solo and Visa Classic Solo with an individual design. In 2010, the Bank for the first time in CIS has successfully produced card Visa Electron Vertical. And from the beginning of 2011, AtaBank has offered credit cards Visa Electron Aroma Lemon and Visa Classic Aroma Coffee at the market.
