OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2011. The participation in the Interstate program of innovation development should significantly improve the structure of the economy of Ukraine. Concurrent with the signing of the agreement on free trade area of the Interstate program of innovation cooperation of CIS in 2020 is a big plus for Ukraine. It was declared by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

"Under the baseline scenario of the program the share of innovative products in industrial output should grow by 2020 in 4 times - Imagine: 4 times! - and to reach 20 percent," Mykola Azarov has reported. Thus, he has added that "level of innovative activity of the enterprises will be increased 2-3 times."

Also, it is expected the magnification in one and a half time of a share of high-tech production in industry structure.
